Lost

Day 17 painting "Lost" is about how I feel today, my head is spinning but I have to do a small painting.

Well it started life in watercolour and Gouache then I didn't think it was working so added Matt Gell Medium and pushed and pulled acrylics keeping to the colours for this week. I think at last, I am not lost but finding my way - maybe!

I am including my glass from Saturday fired well - I am pleased with the results although if I had more time I could have cut the glass better. I am still learning and enjoying the journey.

SHATTERED DREAMS

Todays painting keeping the colours the same as yesterdays.

I used masking tape, salt and a mixture of Watercolour, Gouache Pen and Pastel Pencils.

It wasn't quite what I had imagined hence Shattered Dreams.

Day 15

RIPPLING PAST

Busy day today, updating one of my websites.

Our Narrowboat - Puddleduck had it's own website but has now joined this website with it"s own pages.

Look at my fused glass windows pages.

This Painting started life just using Watercolour Indigo, Burnt Sienna and White Gouache. As I built it up I used triangles of masking tape, then added pastel and ink.

I am thinking about keeping this colour theme for the rest of the week.
