Painting with Fused Glass.

This piece of work has copper wire and copper tape between the glass. Can't wait to see it fired.

Day 30 of the 30 paintings in 30 days challenge.

I am sorry to say I missed a big chunk of painting days out, due to illness.

Still I tried and ther is always next time.

Just like to say well done to all who took part, and a big thank you to Leslie for organising it.

It has been great looking at everyones work.

Day 18 of the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge

What's Next - is a play with gouache/watercolour pencils and watercolour.

Trying to go more abstract enjoying the colour.

I have a few paintings to catch up on, so I had better get going today.

Day 17.

I was away on Puddleduck last week as we had no signal on the phone we could not use the computer.

I decided to have a rest instead. We should have been painting the boat but it rained at some point every day.

The temperature and weather play a big part in painting a boat. Still there is always next year. Exciting moment, I saw a quick flash of turquoise it was a kingfisher, it didn't want to pose for me though. Another evening I was cooking dinner and there was a tap on the window, I turned around and there were 3 teenage swans waiting for duck nuts.

When the sun came out it was glorious, we never had to light the fire all week.

Today I have been to a friends painting what a lovely day, Babs does not need a boat, she just walks to the bottom of her garden and there is the River Ouse.

This painting is me trying to be a bit abstract and called "Simple as", I wish.

Day 6 - 6th Sept 2017

Just had time to take the photo, raining again so had to take it inside.

Another painting of just playing around it was first a landscape then the brush escaped and this is what appeared. I seem to have a thing for orange at the moment, perhaps it will not be out to play tomorrow.
